Nau Mai Haere Mai

We are learning about our Blog, Piwakawaka and insects.

"We made some little bugs" Aila

Today we created insects from driftwood, sticks and stones from our beach and foil paper.

Shem said "It's fine if we make the same one." And it was as each bug was as individual as our wonderful tamariki in Rūma Piwakawaka.

Ryde was interested in the blog and commented "We made some wee bugs. We took a picture to put on the blog tonight."

We are learning to work as part of a team to build a hut.

We are learning to work in teams to count and add using blocks and Build a City mats.

Doing our mahi, decorating our tail feathers for our class piwakawaka (fantail).
